Additional Information

The CPP is also a full time, but remote program. CPP (Collaborative Postgrad Program) is done together with industry or the university where the candidate is working full time. The aim is to use what the candidate is currently doing in Industry/Academic Research as part of the main contribution towards the Research Thesis. |
![]() |
If the appointed supervisor cannot link the candidates work with a research contribution that the supervisor feels is adequate, then the candidate cannot be accepted into this program. |
![]() |
Residency requirement for this program varies with the requirements of the Supervisor. It can be as short as 2 weeks per annum. However, continuous communications via video conferencing and emails should be maintained. |
![]() |
Admission under the CPP program is RM 18,000 per annum (about USD 5,000). The Master's candidate is expected to finish within a year while the Phd candidate is expected to finish his work within 2-3 years, as the thesis is to be part of what the candidate is already doing. |
