Multimedia conferencing solutions have found very good potential in business organizations and industries cutting across time and geographical boundaries. With the growing number of Universities and University Colleges and ultimately with the growing number of learning communities with lifelong learning, a unified conferencing solution has very good potential in the education industry itself. Since Malaysia is looking to be the educational hub in the ASEAN region, it will be a tool to enhance and supplement delivery of course content, course evaluation, as well as research and development.
